Performance and Recovery Training

I view durability as the single most important component of training. Being durable means you can work and play harder for longer periods, recover faster, and have minimal risk of injury.

A durable person has a balanced muscular system, which creates ideal joint alignment. The result is a body that functions efficiently and moves unconsciously in accordance to its design.

My goal is to get peoples’ bodies out of the way of their God given ability. Too often, repetitive use injuries take away the ability to work, play, and compete.

In this individualized program, the dynamic and functional exercise routines and sequences dramatically improve the ability to perform day in and day out no matter what the demands on your body are.

Included in the program

1 Virtual evaluation (1hr) – In order to create the best program for you I need to see you move, learn more about your daily life and figure out how we can create something that will work for your schedule. This is a fun session that will challenge you physically and encourage you on your journey to reaching your goals.

AM routine – set your body up for the day by performing a quick (less than 5 minute) routine specifically created for your day.

Reset – short routine (less than 2 minutes) created to counteract the repetitive nature of your specific day. enabling your muscular system to function properly

PM Routine – deactivate tight muscles and restore proper balance around your joints so that you can have a truly restorative sleep. (5-10 min)

Performance Pre – individualized routine created to properly set your body up for a sport of workout by ensuring best function possible leading confidence in your body without the fear of injury. (5-12min)

Performance Post – have you ever felt tight after a game/run/workout? reset your muscles to proper balance with this routine created for your specific activity. (5-12 min)
