Experts say it takes 21 days to establish any new habit—including healthy habits like drinking more water, cutting out sugar, or hitting the treadmill. By practicing the desirable new behavior every day for three weeks, your brain actually becomes “reprogrammed” to automatically take those steps that will get you to your goal.

Well, imagine if you created one new health habit a few times a year—like going to the gym three times a week. You would begin to see your goals achieved easier and faster than you thought possible.
